BABBITT
We can provide for you any grade of babbitt metal in accordance with the American and Japanese Industrial Standars.
CENTRIFUGAL CASTING
Where practicable, we use the Centrifugal Casting Machine to ensure that all dirt particles and other impurities float to the surface of the babbitt during casting and later on removed during machining; because of the centrifugal force, the babbitt lining is denser and the occurence of blowholes is eliminated.
Where Centrifugal Casting is not practicable, we are capable of remetalling large/full/partial bearings, such as shoes, slippers and turnion bearings, by static casting.
BONDMETER
Strength of adhession between the bearing back and the babbitt lining is checked by our bondmeter tester.

Our shop is capable of machining jobs of up to 4.5m bearing bore diameter.

We re-manufacture, re-tube, convert, and/or fabricate heat exchangers.
We make spirally wound finned tubes that are made under high mechanical tension. The fins are crimped which increases the contact area of the fins to the tubes..
RE-MANUFACTURE
We disassemble your heat exchanger to its modular components and replace all worm out, broken, and degraded parts. Our re-manufactured heat exchanger will match your expectation of the new equipment.
CONVERT
We can convert your flat or oval tubes with sheet fins to round tubes with spirally wound fins without compromissing effeciency and effectivety; spirally wound fins also provide better access to cleaning/maintenance.
FABRICATE
Where re-manufacturing and conversion are not possible, we can fabricate for you new heat exchangers with your specifications and requirements.
