PRIME PARTS FABRICATORS AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (PPFDC)  was registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission in  October 1988 and started operations on 02 January 1989 in the Service Sector of the Metalworking Industry.

 

Specializations:

 

1) Remetalling/Repair and Fabrication of Plain Lined Bearings by Centrifugal Casting, and Static Casting of large/full/partial Plain Lined Bearings, and

 

2) Fintube Making and/or retubing of Tube Bundles of Water/Air Heaters/Coolers, including Shell and Tube Coolers/Condensers and Heaters/Radiations.

 

PPFDC is doing most types of babbitt/whitemetal lined bearings such as crankpin journal bearings, pedestal bearings, turbine bearings, thrust pads, tilting pads, motor bearings, mill bearings, trunion bearings, from 50 mm up to 4,500 mm bearing bore diameter.

 

We are able to produce spirally wound fintubes in the fabrication or re-tubing of most types of coolers and heaters of small and large dimensions in steel or copper alloy materials for dryers in food processing and air coolers of diesel engines and other power generating machineries and industrial equipment.

4) Repair/rehabilitate Diesels and Diesel Power Plants.
